MY STREET

During the COVID-19 pandemic we had several lockdowns in The Netherlands. What caught my eye was that in all of the houses in my street home offices were created. And as soon as I walked by these houses, I saw adults working at the kitchen table or making phonecalls behind their windows.
At the same time, children were still allowed to play outside on the streets and this created a big contrast between the stillness inside and the playfulness of the children outside.
